Following a tender price assessment, BriggsAmsaco was chosen as a Roofing Trade Partner for the Council’s Schools Modernisation Programme. Their selection was not only based on price but took into account quality and their ability to work in the true spirit of partnering.
Briggs have completed the re-roofing of the full roof at Bellfield Primary School and overlay of existing roof to a teaching and dining block at Winifred Holtby Secondary School. Both schemes were completed with the target cost and contract period. The quality of the work and site organisation was good on both contracts and Briggs worked well with both schools to ensure that there was minimum disruption to the schools.
