Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Head Office/Cradley Heath
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: Competitive
 
CIPS L3 desirable and previous experience.
 

PURPOSE:
To support the commercial director in the maintenance and administration of the supply chain

REPORTS TO:
Commercial Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain and circulate the existing Supply Chain Information
2. Administration of Existing Agreements and Approved Supplier Rebate Levels
3. Complete purchasing analysis
4. Complete annual supply chain performance compliance appraisal including IT Audit
5. Circulate Supplier Information
6. Create and Circulate Company Supply Chain Information
7. Manage the Company Suggestion Box
8. Produce KPI Annual Report
9. Attend Audits and Supply Chain Meetings
10. Administration and Procurement of Central Purchases
11. Coordinate New Supplier Agreements with Finance Department

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE OF POSITION HOLDER.

  • Hold CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) Level 3
  • Good communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Analytical
  • Negotiation skills
  • Flexibility
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in producing reports and presentations
  • Discretion
