Hamilton International Park

Leading roofing and waterproofing contractor BriggsAmasco has completed the installation of an intensive and high performance green roof system for the EcoCampus at Hamilton International Park, a sustainable business community located south east of Glasgow.

With environmental considerations at the forefront of this design, the 7,500m² roofing system had to provide more than just traditional protection from rainwater. Having been used on other parts of the Business Park, HFD Group’s design team specified the durable and self-healing monolithic waterproofing membrane Hydrotech Monolithic MM6125 and an intensive ZinCo green roof system featuring planter zones, small plants, shrubs and bushes.
