BriggsAmasco has installed over 5,000m2 of new insulated roofing systems across a series of council properties in Aberdeen, Scotland, helping to bring them up to the latest standards for water tightness and thermal performance.

With one of the biggest local authority housing stocks in Scotland, Aberdeen City Council is responsible for over 20,000 properties of which many are not weather tight or thermally efficient. For a refurbishment programme that included replacement of flat roof coverings and upgrade of the insulation, the Council appointed BriggsAmasco as principal contractor.
