In the year that BriggsAmasco celebrates its 150th anniversary, the roofing and waterproofing contractor has been shortlisted at the Construction News Specialist Awards 2016 for the Roofing Specialist of the Year category after winning the award at last year’s event.

An award which recognises the best roofing specialist in the industry, the shortlisting is testament to BriggsAmasco’s commitment to on-going improvement, innovation and investment. Representatives from the company – including Managing Director Dave Maginnis – will be at the Hilton Park Lane in London on 24th February 2016 to find out if BriggsAmasco has successfully defended its prestigious title.

“We are delighted and immensely proud to have been shortlisted at the Construction News Specialist Awards,” said Dave Maginnis. “It is a credit to all the members of our team and their ongoing commitment to quality control, good craft skills and excellent customer satisfaction.”

Based on the company’s achievements over the last twelve months, the award entry highlighted BriggsAmasco’s continued efforts to improve health and safety standards. It also focuses on the £260m Bradford Broadway development by Westfield which turned to BriggsAmasco for the company’s experience, product range and scalability to meet the high standards of design and architecture.

A name recognised throughout the roofing industry as synonymous with quality, BriggsAmasco remains committed to improvement, innovation and adding value at every opportunity. And the whole company will be hoping to see it named as Roofing Specialist of the Year once again when the industry comes together to recognise and reward the best specialist contractors at the Hilton Park Lane on 24thFebruary 2016.
