BriggsAmasco gives Great North Run for its money

In its 31st year, the Great North Run was broadcast live on BBC television and radio and is known as the world’s most popular half marathon road running event. Previous winners of the race include Olympic medallists Paula Radcliffe, Liz McColgan, Sonia O’Sullivan and Haile Gebrselassie.

Donations to MacMillan Cancer Support are still accepted after the event has taken place. Ronald McDonald House Charity Golf Day

BriggsAmasco made a telling contribution at the latest Ronald McDonald House (RMH) Manchester Golf Classic on Wednesday 6th July 2011 at Worsley Golf Club. The company entered a team of four golfers – including Chris Lawler and Mick Philbin from BriggsAmasco, as well as Don Jolly and Roger Brown from McDonalds and sponsored the 14th Hole at the event. The event raised more than £7000 with all proceeds going towards the new Ronald McDonald House.
