As part of the S106 requirements on Woolgate Exchange, Mace are working with a local community group, they were experiencing leaks on a small building so the London team volunteered labour and material resources to repair this roof.

BriggsAmasco’s London branch whilst carrying out the roofing works at Woolgate Exchange. Their team looked at the roof and decided the best way to repair the leaks was to install a cold-applied waterproofing material.

Briggs Amasco carried out these works, donating £1,950 worth of materials and time out of their normal working hours. This created £15,288 of social value!

“Thank you so much for the work on the roof. Such a difference! It’s been chucking it down since and no leaks at all!” – Calthorpe Community Gardens Volunteer Manager.
