    Good Afternoon Jillian
Just to keep you updated on the progress on Exeter/Lansdowne.
There are only 3 main roofs to complete on Lansdowne, and the link bridges, deck access and communal stairway roofs are 50% complete.
On Exeter the main roofs are all completed, and the link bridges, deck access and communal stairway roofs will be all completed by the end of January.
The program should be completed by the end of March.
If you have any queries please give me a call.
    Thanks Shaun

    Belated thanks for this update.
My impression is that it has gone pretty smoothly. I have had one complaint of leaks during the works, but this was swiftly dealt with and householder compensated.
Very glad (and surprised) that the money ran to bridges and communal roofs, I know these were done last in case it ran out.

I agree with Jillian gone very smoothly and Shaun and his colleagues are to be congratulated. If any issues have developed they have been nipped in the bud early and I have been really impressed with how it has gone.
Can you add my thanks to the comments from Jillian.

Newfield and Talbot School – Sheffield Dec 2008

    Sir,

It has come to the time when nearing the end of a major project I feel the need to pass comment on to my sub-contractors. For the duration of this project I have been impressed by the dedication and commitment of the BriggsAmasco management and operatives who have worked on the project. DuncanPurdie has always been available when required to assist the team here and working with myself we have come up with a number of innovative solutions to the construction process which may well be taken forward and used on other projects with regard to best practice. I must also give to the commitment and can do attitude of Paul Cunningham, he without doubt has proved to be one of the most pro-active Project Managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He and his production team have always presented a professional and cohesive attitude and I feel that Paul should be commended for that. BriggsAmasco have as I am sure you are aware had some problems with suppliers, which has certainly caused some issues with water ingress, but again I can only praise the efforts made by your team to resolve those problems. I will certainly endeavour to use BriggsAmasco on future projects and look forward to any feedback to this e-mail from your self.

    Kind Regards Phil Jones
